The full list of training areas include:

1. The Olympus Colloseium: Train with an Administrator (not a Moderator) and raise AP by 2.
2. Yen Sid's Castle: Train with an Administrator and double your MP.
3. Isle de Muerta: Give in 3 AP to get 500 Munny in return.
4. The Forest: Post 20 times here to get 2 MP.
5. The Woods: Train here with an Administrator to get 2 MP.

The rules for this are:

1. You can only use them ONCE.
2. The limit on using these is ONCE per two weeks.
3. You can buy a pass from the VP Shop to get another topic on one of these, meaning if you buy the pass, you can do it again.
4. The Administrators will tell YOU when the topic is over and when you recieve your AP or MP, not the other way around.
5. Any arguing on this point makes the topic null and void, meaning it doesn't mean anything, you don't get your points, and you dont get to do it again.
